This years’ annual Northern Writers’ Awards were announced today, 9 July and Caroline Hollick, Head of Drama for Channel 4 presented fwa writer Lucy Burke with one of the two Channel 4 Writing for Television Awards. Lucy receives a placement with Lime Pictures and the HOLLYOAKS team to develop her adventurous and exciting ideas for the show. Lucy said “I’m so excited to spend time working with and being mentored by the team at HOLLYOAKS and I can’t wait to see what stories we come up with. Watch this space!”
