The Peggy Ramsay Foundation have awarded Teresa Howard a Theatre Writers Grant to write the Music Theatre libretto of REBEL, a project inspired by the life & work of the British composer Dame Ethel Smyth, and a collaboration with composer Chloe Knibbs.
