A writer, director and bestselling poet, Gabriella’s work explores the darker sides of humanity through intimate, character-driven storytelling, often centred on female perspectives.
Her directorial debut THE MIRROR THAT CONSUMES YOU, created on a zero budget, is already making waves on the festival circuit, with awards including Best Experimental Film at Cannes Independent Shorts 2026 and Best Cinematography at the Hollywood Discovery Awards, alongside selection for the BAFTA-qualifying CBFF.
The film screens in London this Monday as its festival run continues.
Alongside her filmmaking, Gabriella is the author of THE ART OF A DAMAGED SOUL poetry series, which has topped the British and Irish charts, and her debut feature screenplay THE LITTLE BOY AND THE DUCK ON A CLIFF’S EDGE has received multiple international awards.
Working across film, writing and her production company DAMAGED SOUL PRODUCTIONS, Gabriella is a bold and distinctive new voice and we’re excited to be working together.
